U16 boys and girls are ONE group.
U18-U23 are one group with multiple start times.

LIMITED: Please safely carpool with those you can. Limit the trailers. No busess in Main lot; athlete’s can be dropped off.
IF YOU CAN DROP OFF AND PARK FURTHER AWAY PLEASE DO SO! LET’S WORK TOGETHER TO MAKE OUR LIMITED PARKING HAPPEN 🙂
NORDIC CENTER LOT: Parking in the main Nordic Center lot is the priority area for coaches/wax team setup. Full size buses will not be allowed at the venue (drop off at the main road only). There is additional parking in the lower level of the NC and across the road.
There will not be shuttles running due to Covid. Overflow parking is in downtown Dublin at Yankee Magazine. This is a little over a mile walk from the venue. Plan ahead and we apologize for not being able to provide shuttles.
YANKEE LOT: is a great place to park and hangout if you need to. Skiing from the Yankee lot is also permissable.
Bib, coachs, and volunteer bib pickup located at the start of the driveway headed up to the yurt. Look for the blank LandRover with ski box ontop.
Schedule is subject to slight changes due to registration numbers. Final schedule will be published Friday morning.

GUIDELINES & HEALTH SCREENING
HEALTH SCREENING: NENSA will be running health screening to help keep our event safe. Please keep an eye out for their email prior to event. If you do not fill out the screening prior to race day, you will not be allowed at the venue.
MASKS: all persons at the venue must wear a mask at all times, except for athletes during competition. All competitors must have a cloth covering or mask on their person during competition to be worn immediately at the finish or if physical distancing cannot be maintained.
Please use your utmost caution during travel and maintain physical distance at the venue whenever possible.
We currently have a maximum of two coaches per team/club plus your club wax team. Please limit the number needed as much as possible and spread out the waxing setups between teams. If you’re able to come without a trailer; even better. We can not run Shuttles during this time and need as many parking spots available as possible.
NO spectating in and around the stadium area. This also means no hanging out.
YES spectating is allowed out on the trails. We ask everyone while out on trails please spread out. NO WALKING ON THE TRAILS. Keep an eye out for racers and give them plenty of room.

Registration will be done through SkiReg and all participants, coaches, and volunteers will be required to submit a health screening to NENSA before race day, which will be sent once registration closes on Wednesday night.
